Account & Data Deletion
This page explains how to request deletion of your Aveho account and the personal data associated with it. It applies to the Aveho mobile application, published by Aveho Solutions LLC.
How to request account and data deletion
You can request deletion in either of two ways:
- In the app (fastest): Open Aveho, go to Profile → Settings → Delete Account, and confirm. Your account and associated personal data are removed as described below.
- By email: Send a request to support@avehosolutions.com from the email address associated with your account. Include your name and the email address on your account so we can locate and verify it.
We ask that the request come from the email address tied to your account so we can confirm you are the account holder before deleting anything. If you can no longer access that email, contact us and we will help verify your identity another way.
What gets deleted
When your deletion request is processed, we permanently remove the personal data associated with your account, including:
- Your name, email address, and account credentials
- Your events, rooms, and item records
- Photos you uploaded
- Descriptions, notes, ratings, and value information tied to your account
- Guest information you entered for your events
This deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
Timing
We process deletion requests within 30 days. Personal data is removed from our active systems within that window. Residual copies in encrypted backups are purged on our normal backup-rotation cycle, within an additional 90 days, after which they cannot be restored.
What may be retained
After your personal data is deleted, we may retain anonymized, aggregate data for analytics and to improve our identification and valuation models. This retained data is stripped of anything that identifies you or your household; it consists of statistical and de-identified information only (for example, category counts or value distributions) and contains no names, contact information, account identifiers, or photos.
We never sell or share your data
Aveho does not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising. The anonymized aggregate data described above is used only by Aveho to operate and improve the service. For full details on how we handle information, see our Privacy Policy.
