By accessing or using the Aveho mobile application (“Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service.
Description of Service
Aveho provides a mobile platform that allows users to organize downsizing events and coordinate the review and distribution of items among invited participants.
User Responsibilities
Users agree to:
- Provide accurate information
- Use the Service only for lawful purposes
- Only invite individuals with whom they have a personal relationship
- Not attempt to harvest data in bulk
- Only process items that are physically within the home being processed as the “event”
SMS Messaging
The Service includes SMS messaging features:
Invitations
Users may only send one-time SMS invitations to individuals they know.
Opt-Out:
Recipients may opt out at any time by replying STOP.
Prohibited Use
Users may not:
- Send unsolicited or bulk messages
- Use the Service for marketing or promotional campaigns
- Provide phone numbers without appropriate permission
Intellectual Property
All content and functionality of the Service are owned by Aveho Solutions and may not be copied or distributed without permission.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
Limitation of Liability
Aveho Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any changes.
