Request Account Deletion

To request deletion of your Aveho account and associated data, please email us at support@avehosolutions.com with the subject line “Account Deletion Request” and include the email address associated with your Aveho account.

What gets deleted:

• Your account and login credentials
• Your personal profile information (name, email, phone number)
• Any events you created as an Organizer
• All items, rooms, and inventory associated with your events
• Your ratings and participation as a Guest
• Your conversation history with Ava

What is retained:

• Transaction records for any Aveho Plus purchases (retained for 7 years for tax and legal compliance)
• Anonymized, aggregated usage data that cannot be linked back to you

Processing time: We will process your request within 30 days of receipt.
